1. Controller

2. Data processed and purpose

For the matching we process: the job description and resumes you upload (PDF/DOCX), your business email address, optionally name and company, your language choice, and the state of your consents (required consent and optional marketing opt-in) with timestamps.

The sole purpose of processing is to run the EVA matching you requested and deliver the result by email (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Marketing contact only happens with an explicit marketing opt-in.

3. Double opt-in

After submitting the form you receive a confirmation email. Only your click on the link inside confirms your address; the time of confirmation is recorded.

4. Storage and deletion

Your documents are transferred to our matching platform for analysis. Session data and results are automatically deleted no later than 7 days after your request.

Every email from us contains a deletion link through which you can trigger the complete erasure of all data stored for your request — no questions asked.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw given consent with effect for the future (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Operations

Processing runs on infrastructure in Germany. Your documents are never shared with third parties and never used to train models.
